Chocolate Zucchini Cake


I usually make this in a bread pan for a dessert bread. It's super good!

2½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
2½ teaspoons baking powder
1½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup butter or margarine (1½ cubes)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
½ cup milk
1 cup nuts

Mix.  Pour in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool more.
