Okay, so I know it sounds a little crazy, but it's good, trust me. I had these with the alfredo sauce from yesterday, but they're good with lots of different things.
Zucchini
To prepare Zucchini, wash it well, and cut off the ends. Run it through a julienne slicer, or cut into thin strips lengthwise and cut those into thin strips. Blanch (meaning boil some water and then when it's boiling, stick in the noodles) for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
